- If cancelled MORE THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, WaveCatchers Vacation Rentals will refund the sums you have paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total rent amount. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, WaveCatchers Vacation Rentals will refund the sums you have paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total rent amount.
Nightly
- 2 night minimum stay May 1 to Aug 31
- Boat Slip is $10 per night
Weekly
- 7th night is free
- Boat Slip is $5 per night
Check in / Check out
On your day of arrival check in is 4:00 p.m.
On your day of departure check out is Noon.
These times can be flexible depending on the arrival or departure of another guest.
Payment
- Payment is preferred via credit card or money order.
- Payment in full (deposit, rent, cleaning fee) is due 2 weeks prior to your stay.

- You must be 23 years old or older to rent.
- NO PETS are allowed! Bringing a pet will result in a minimum charge of $300 to your credit card.
Additional charges may be incurred if damage occurs.
- No smoking is allowed inside.
- Note...The entire list of rules will be included with the rental agreement that is read and signed at the time of booking your reservation.
